Let's find your dream home

"My husband and I purchased our first home through Terra. We were young and very new to the housing market. She knew our budget and stayed within that and didn’t try to nudge us over it. She was so fun to work with and was always up front and honest with us! We have kept in touch through Facebook and recently had some health scares within my family. Terra texted to let us know she was praying for us and offered to help in any way possible. This speaks volumes! Terra truly cares about your interests and you as a person! I recommend her to everyone looking to buy or sell!"

"Terra has been a total Godsend to my family! It was a bit overwhelming moving to Montgomery and having the task of finding a home from the get-go. Terra made the home-buying process as smooth as can be; she really listened to what we were looking for, and she walked us through each and every step. She was patient showing my husband and I around the city and surrounding areas, staying in touch via phone, text and email— and being cheerful, encouraging, and optimistic with us throughout the process. Terra truly has boundless energy!

Terra is knowledgeable, conscientious, and has her clients’ best interests at heart. She treated us like family, and was always available for any questions or concerns we had. She was committed to helping us find the best home for our growing family.

I’ve worked with realtors in the past, and Terra exceeds them all! She and her staff are second to none! Thank you, Terra!"

"My husband and I highly recommend Terra and Johnna for any of your real estate needs. They worked extremely hard to help us find the perfect home! Johnna literally went “above and beyond” for us to show us many homes before we found “the one”. They both were extremely professional and fought for us to make the deal right. You won’t be disappointed."

"Buying/Selling a home can be scary. There are a lot of unknowns and the last thing you want to do is spend more money for a professional - I get it. Trust me when I say, you need help…even if you don’t realize it. Terra and her team are the answer! If you’re selling, she will work hard to find the perfect buyer - all the while taking the stress off of you. If you’re buying, she might know you better than you know you. Terra is a bundle of knowledge, experience, and energy - and she was created to be a realtor. Do yourself a favor …give her a call and just see what she has to offer - you be the judge. I guess it could happen that you choose to give it a go on your own, but I was once you -and here I am singing her praises in a five star review. (And I’m writing it from the comfort of my awesome new house, just saying). IMO Terra and her team are the only way to go."

"We are a military family that was stationed overseas. Terra made the process of buying a house as simple and seamless as it could be on our move back to the states. Her attention to detail and focus on our needs made it possible to buy our house sight unseen without any reservations. So glad we chose to go with her as our realtor."

"Terra did a fantastic job of getting my house on the market and keeping in contact with me about where we where and how things were going. Sale went flawlessly and I feel very good about my decision to use her. Do yourself a favor and give her a call."

"We have used Terra for both buying and selling. Her attention to details make the experience so pleasant. Highly recommend her for your next home related experience."

"Terra was great, she helped us purchase our perfect house. She guided us though every step making it totally painless. We definitely recommend Terra to anyone needing the Best Realtor in this area."

"Terra and her team went above and beyond when both listing and helping us purchase our new home recently. We closed on both homes on the same day and thanks to all Terra’s efforts everything went perfectly! We highly recommend Terra and her team and would definitely use them again if we had need of a realtor! They’re the BEST!!!"
